Most of the guest-friendly hotels in Phnom Penh are located close to the areas where a lot of hostess bars, clubs, and restaurants are concentrated – street 136, street 104, and Street 51. 1. Golden House International Hotel $33+

One of the best guest-friendly hotels in Phnom Penh. I stayed there three times. The hotel is located in the middle of the nightlife area – street 136 and close to the riverfront. A lot of hostess bars and restaurants are almost at your doorstep.  If you are a light sleeper, ask for a quieter room. Comfy beds, wi-fi, great aircon, and LCD tv with lots of international channels in the room. Very safe place – you get a call from the reception before allowing your girl to leave the hotel.

2. Lux Riverside Hotel and Apartment $40+

Lux Riverside Hotel & Apartments is on street 136 right in the action. Best location of all guest-friendly hotels in Phnom Penh. Many beer bars just across the street. All other main nightlife areas are within walking distance. Clean hotel with huge rooms and bathrooms, large and comfy beds, and very good free wi-fi. Friendly and helpful staff. Better eat outside – plenty of cheap eating places nearby.

3. Riverside Suites Phnom Penh $63+

Fantastic hotel and an excellent location right on the riverfront. Short walk to the main nightlife area on street 136 with many hostess bars and restaurants. Huge, clean, and modern decorated rooms with coaches and Wi-Fi. Nice large balconies with chairs and fans overlooking the riverfront.

4. Monsoon Boutique Hotel $34+

Decent guest friendly hotel located in the middle of the nightlife area with many beer bars and nice restaurants. Good value for the price. Large rooms and clean bathrooms with nice designs. Some rooms can be noisy. If you are a light sleeper, do not get a room facing the street. Excellent Wi-Fi connection. Nice breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

5. River 108 Hotel $43+

I stayed once at River 108 Hotel. The hotel has a very good central location between the two of three main bar streets 104 and 136 (5 min. walk) and opposite the night market and the bus station. Plenty of eating places around as the hotel is in the riverfront area. The rooms are big, in a very stylish design and have high-speed wi-fi, safe, LCD TV, desk, aircon, minibar. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

6. Amanjaya Pancam Suites Hotel $81+

Best upscale luxury guest-friendly hotel in Phnom Penh close to the action. Walking distance to most beer bar areas. Huge well decorated clean rooms with balconies, comfy beds, big and clean bathrooms, and excellent free Wi-Fi. Friendly service and manager. Great riverside view from the rooftop bar.

7. Sundance Inn & Saloon $19+

Great value for money guest-friendly hotel within walking distance of many beer bars. Big clean rooms with huge comfy beds. Excellent free Wi-Fi, large TVs with attached computers (also USB ports for your own media). Clean bathrooms with hot water. Nice bar on the first floor. The owner Harry and the staff are very friendly. Small but clean swimming pool.

8. Sundance Riverside Guest House $19+

Good budget option for a guest-friendly hotel in Phnom Penh near Riverside.

9. Himawari Hotel $98+

Best value for money upscale luxury hotel in guest-friendly hotels Phnom Penh list. Very large and clean self-contained apartments with balconies and magnificent views of the river. The hotel has a great swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, tennis court, gym, sauna, massage, and spa.

1. Mondulkiri Boutique Hotel $24+

One of the newest guest-friendly hotels in Phnom Penh and my favorite guest-friendly hotels in Phnom Penh list. I booked a room for one month during my last stay in Phnom Penh. The hotel is situated in a quiet location on Street 178, but close to the Street 51 area (one of the top party areas in the city with a lot of hostess bars, restaurants, and discos). The rooms are huge with comfy beds, wi-fi, a shower, great aircon, LCD tv, and even a kettle with free coffee in the room. I love the cocktails and the great view from the rooftop bar. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the riverfront, but you can always take a tuk-tuk in front of the hotel for $2. Ask for Sarong, a really nice guy.

2. Blue Tongue Hotel $26+

Blue Tongue Hotel is a good option in guest friendly hotels Phnom Penh list if you are looking for a guest-friendly hotel on Street 51. Less than a minute to the hostess bars, clubs, and eating places. No joiner fee but have to book a double room and only one unregistered guest per room is allowed.
